报告摘要：

We consider the Keller-Segel system with nonlinear chemical gradient and small cell diffusion. We will discuss the existence and instability of traveling pulse solutions for the system. The existence of the traveling pulses is established by the geometric singular perturbation theory and trapping regions. We also consider the linear instability of these pulses by the spectral analysis of the linearized operators.。　　

报告人简介:　　

黄博峙,台湾中央大学博士、博士后，台北科技大学助理教授，现任台湾中正大学数学系助理教授，博士生导师. 主要从事常微分方程、偏微分方程、动力系统、非线性平衡定律、数学物理等交叉学科的研究，在SIAM J. Appl. Math., Nonlinearity, J. Differential Equations., Math. Models Methods Appl. Sci.等国际杂志发表多篇重要研究成果.先后荣获博士后独立研究学者奖，独立研究学者著作奖，第七届台湾日本应用数学类青年学者奖.
